At the dawn of the new millenium there was nothing but pure terror. Terroristic acts such as blowing up nuclear power plants took place. Computers that were controlling unconventional weapons went haywire and launched the missles that they were controlling. Anarchy and chaos reigned, there was nothing that anybody could do to stop it. And illegal genetic experiments took place, altering living things and turning them into "advanced" versions of themselves took place. Those experiments stopped a year after they began. Not because of the data that was finally collected but because technology was wiped clean from the planet by a large electro magnetic pulse that still lingers in the atmosphere. After three years of chaos, mass murders, and terrorism it suddenly came to a stop. The tortured screams were replaced by an erie silence. That however didn`t last, governments were replaced by gangs and those not in a gang were considered fresh meat for the killing. Many of those that were genetically altered by experiments decided to use their abilities to kill others in the name of survival, and some have decided to help those weaker and less fortunate. The world is for the most part now a harsh and depressing enviroment, many buildings are broken, burnt, and barely left standing. Much of the country side is barren, and much like a desert. Food is often hard to come by, and many are willing to kill for it. Most of the water is to polluted to drink, and the rain is filled with harsh chemicals. But fortunatly much of the population has built up a tolerance to the majority of the toxins found in the air and water. | ||||||||||||||||||

How It Works: It`s simple you start a story and send it to the next person that you think should make an appearance. That person adds to it, and then either sends it somebody else that they feel should make an appearance or back to you. Every player is given the right to refuse to participate in any story as long as they give the starting player,and the other players involved in that story a good reason. However I do want to see a good amount of active participation from all players involved in the RPG. Refusing to participate in to many times can get you removed from the RPG. Players That Are Missing In Action: If the person that you send the story to dosen`t get back to you in 3 weeks without giving you a good reason contact me. I`ll try to get in contact with that person and I`ll scold them for it. Basically I like to give people a few chances before doing anything drastic like kicking them out of the RPG. In my opinion good reasons are: vacations, computer trouble, server problems, stuck in a hospital(it happens but hopefully not to any of you), and things along those lines. Character Decisions: You ARE NOT allowed to make any major changes or decisions to and for any character other than the one that you are playing. This is basically for killing, maiming, and relationships. If you want to hate somebody, that`s ok. But make sure you get that player`s permission before you do anything drastic like for example chopping them in half and permantly shoving their head up their hind quarters. Language Content: I`m not really the best one to critizie perople on the words they use, because I do it far to often. So if you`d like to swear and curse in your stories, fine you go right ahead and do that. But please try to avoid the F--- word. Violent Content: Let`s not kid ourselves, in a setting like this were bound to see some stuff hit the fans. So go nuts and get as gory as you`d like. Hentai Content- As much as I HATE to put up barries on your creativity, I`m afraid that I`m gonna have to ask you to stop short of anything that`s to graphic in this area. You can imply anything that you`d like, just don`t get to discriptive. However I`m considering putting up looking for a server to put up a page for those of you that want to write hentai into your stories, I`m neutral on the subject so give me your opinions on it. If enough people want it, then I`ll find a place for it. Also I`d like everybody to send copies of stories your working on to the RPG`s inbox, I don`t have one yet but I`ll get one in a few days. This is so I know who is participating, and if stories end up getting lost I`ll be able to track them down for you by checking who else you sent it to. | ||||||||||||||||||

That`s simple all you have to do is fill out the character application below, please make it as detailed as you can. Remember the application you send may be reveiwed by other members before you`re accepted, and it will be reveiwed by other memebers after your acceptance. Something else to keep in mind is that you can`t be related to other characters without the approval of the person playing that character. If nobody is playing that character then you need to get my approval. And I`m also working on creating some characters for people to choose from, in case you don`t want to make up your own. If there is something that`s not related to your character, or if I`ve listed it as optional you don`t have to fill it out.
